Our Birth Doula Services provide you with compassionate, continuous support throughout your pregnancy and childbirth. We are here to empower you, offering:

Personalized prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan and preferences.
Emotional and physical support during labor and delivery, including pain management techniques and advocacy.
Presence during late-stage labor and birth to ensure a comforting and empowering birthing experience.
On-call support beginning two weeks before your estimated due date.

Consultation
2 x 1 - 2hr (virtual or in-person) visits to discuss birth planning support, resources
In-person support during late-stage labour & birth/ C-Section
Doula goes on-call for L&D from 2 weeks before EDD which includes 24/7 texting support. Accessible by phone for labour/ birth/delivery.
1 hr postpartum support immediately following the birth
1 check-in postpartum 2 hrs (at home or in-hospital, virtually)

Visits will be charged per visit of 3hrs/visit. (No overnight hours)

General Doula Support

$130/per 3-hr visit or $25/hr for virtual visit

Regular Postpartum Doula Support Option. This is the best option for families who need more frequent postpartum Doula support. These hours can be split into multiple shifts. Minimum 3-hour bookings required. This option is only available for in-person support.

Postpartum Doula Support(30 hours)

Affordable & Short-term Doula Support Option. This is an affordable option that is also great for families who need 2 to 3 shifts. This option is available for both in-person OR virtual support. The 9 hours can be split up into multiple shifts. Minimum of a 3-hour bookings required for in-person support.
